A common problem with alarm systems used to be the fact that if an alarm was triggered, either by a break in or a false or accidental activation, all too often it was ignored.
If your alarm system is connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre this is no longer the case. |
|
Your security system is monitored 24 hours, seven days a week every week so no activations are ignored. If your alarm sounds, it will be spotted by staff at the Receiving Centre who will try to distinguish between a false alarm and a genuine activation. They will then inform the Police, keyholders or Arm Alarms as required.
If you fit a CCTV system, the Receiving Centre staff can monitor the video in order to inform the Police as to the exact nature of the intrusion as well as the precise location of anyone on the premises.
